I found a way to halt the onset of migraine. Never had to try it as a potential cure... But... When I feel it coming on I get into a real hot shower. Overheat myself (obviously not ideal, I have someone watch over me), and then rest. It kind of resets everything, and I've never gone past the aura.

Currently trying to help my daughter get together a new wardrobe... I'm failing.
So far she has a new wardrobe of my stuff! The only kid in our entire family that thinks mums clothes are awesome 🤦

I don't think they even capable of distinguishing good from bad. They are blind followers who think what they are told to think, as critical thinking is beyond them. Empathy and compassion are seen as weak 😢
