They are including Canada and Greenland in the combined territory.

I was so proud when I first got hired by CBS. Many of my journalism heroes had worked there. Now, I feel nothing but shame for that once-great network. CBS is dead. Free speech is gasping for air. I couldn't be more angry or sad.
