Oooo, thats pretty interesting, in terms of FF I've mostly only played SOP with a little bit of FFIX (haven't beaten either) so im not too familiar with the jobs and stuff. Was the person not familiar with FF have like a list of jobs and it was up to them to match them up from there?

Maybe a Kirby game? Though my brain is also really stuck in the idea of playing Dokapon kingdom but I can't tell what that would result in
