I take more care when the quest is take a pic with an NPC but if i have to fit something from the background into it, i'm like Nikki default IDLE pose it is LOL

Oh I guess I was just going off the numbers on the icon things and this color way has 2 notches so I assumed it was 2nd

Also If the difference in the symbols on the colors means I do have it unlocked...like bad UI then ig???

Ok I just checked again and I'm still getting the blocker on pieces I KNOW I have the 2nd evo on. Unless evolution means something different in this context that I'm not picking up on....cause this is absolutely the 2nd evo of this dress right??

I've noticed this on anything I don't have full evos for. If i just have 2nd or third on it, I get this barrier saying I need the evo to unlock the palettes. And even for older outfits not just the new ones. I'll check it today tho to see if it was (likely) a bug
