Some people as me what I do while I drive. Most often, driving graveyard/early morning shift, I’m up and rolling long before anyone is awake, or, just as they’re going to bed. Occasionally, I listen to music, but, for the most part I listen to books. Don’t ever read The Wizard of Oz to your kids…

Well, that happened today. I was passing, other driver apparently nodded off, drifted into my lane, and lost his mirror as a result. No harm done, except his pride. Upside is no injuries.

Well, that’s one project finished. Those headlights were a bear to get pulled out. As I work through this truck I’m finding bits and pieces of its story. Whoever had it before me…messed it up.

Driver check-in just got more invasive. Didn’t think that was legally possible, but, here we are. Save-A-Lot requires a driver has to give open access to either their Google cloud, or their social media account and permit tracking data to be shared, including files, photos, and call logs.
