Crying on a random day in February, not knowing if it’s because of seasonal depression, a sad mood, my period, or just the whole world burning.

Most ADHD convo with my doctor
Me: I’d like to try a stimulant medication, my non-stimulant isn’t cutting it for me
Dr.: *scrolls through med history* You were on a stimulant for like 3 years back in 2016
Me: I was?
Dr.: Why did you stop taking it?
Me: Truly I have not even the foggiest idea

The logical and mental gymnastics people are doing these days to justify the unjustifiable and defend the indefensible. It doesn’t make sense.

Honestly, the Upside Down is looking better and better by the day.
