That is wonderful news. But certainly not surprising to any of us who have played it. Congratulations!

I’m sorry you and your person are going through this. I hope things take a turn in the right direction. But having recently been hospitalized myself I am certain they feel a bit better just having you there with them.

That mini looks like it’ll be amazing once painted. But I do not envy you the task of painting it. Lots of seemingly difficult to access nooks and crannies. Best of luck with it!

That looks awesome!

Having sat through several ethics trainings as a former US federal employee, I would 100% have preferred a D&D one-shot approach as an alternative presentation method.
A Hatch Act themed one would be good as well.

I listened to it on Audible. It was absolutely hilarious the way they constantly bicker and keep trying to one-up and backstab one another. I definitely didn’t see the ending coming.

Nicely done! That angry little mushroom’s glare looks great! I’ve never painted fingernails on a mini yet they do add a nice little pop of color / contrast.

I am trying very hard (unsuccessfully) to convince myself that I do not need another ruleset. But they do look quite intriguing.

Almost always assemble then paint.
It can be challenging for some models, but when I’ve tried paint then assemble it turns into an accounting issue to track which pieces go with which model. So unless I’m doing a single model, I usually assemble first.

Blasphemous heresy! You can NEVER have enough books, and certainly not too many.
But I recently did a purge by deciding I’m realistically not going to read some of my books, and would rather free up my shelf space for several others I am likely to read. So donated those. But it was a hard day.

I love those books! And your helpful “how to photograph minis” summary.
Very much hoping for some additional books in the future!

The “Exterminate” caption seems an odd choice for a clearly non-Dalek.
The armor vaguely like a Judoon but he doesn’t have the rhino horn.
So I’d say the closest look would be a Sontaran, although admittedly not a perfect fit.

Oh my goodness I can NOT let my daughter see this or that’s her new character. Shes partial to bards as it is and a cute little bunny?! Lovely sculpt though. And great paint scheme as well.

I picked up the pdf recently. It looks fun but I discovered you need the dice, tokens, and event cards to play. I can make tokens by hand but can’t determine what is on all six sides of the dice, or anything about the cards. And they aren’t available online that I can tell.
