They laser-focused on solving one problem brilliantly, then expanded based on real user demand and behaviour.

Instead we spent countless hours building recirculating funnels for nobody and refining our onboarding based on 10 signups a week.

Embrace exploring bad ideas to uncover the great ones.

Whether it's writing a CTA or solving a dev problem, opening the floor to all suggestions without judgment is your ticket to the promised land.

Landing directly on the best solution is highly unlikely!

Why are my @notion.com shortcuts failing half the time on iOS?

Made two simple shortcuts to quickly log thoughts/ideas on the go. Worked great for about a day, now I copy everything before I submit as it's likely I'll need to try 2-3 times. Any ideas or switch back to notes?
