🎊 Today at #ISA2025, we are excited to announce the theme of our annual Symposium. This year, for Vol. 54, the theme is “After International Relations.” Visit our booth by 4PM to answer the question “what would research after IR look like?” for a chance to win a prize!

💡Jie-Hyun Lim is Distinguished Professor at Sogang University and Director of the Critical Global Studies Institute. Professor Lim is a historian and deeply engaged with questions of memory. His most recent book is “Victimhood Nationalism History and Memory in a Global Age”.

💡Adam Lerner is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His 2022 book “From the Ashes of History: Collective Trauma and the Making of International Politics” asked how scholars should understand the long-term impacts of trauma.
