One thing that I miss from when my kid was little - we'd go out to a local bagel shop before school and celebrate making it halfway through the week with "Bagel Wednesdays." Since we now can't have gluten, we celebrate with homemade gluten free bagels instead. 😁 #humpday #glutenfree #bagels #yum

I've been saying this for years - unless you need to go #glutenfree due to an intolerance, allergy, or Celiac Disease, it's often not "healthier" than eating wheat. (I'm #gf due to an intolerance, and believe me I wish I could eat wheat products; it would be so much cheaper and delish!)
