I haven’t had a book break my heart this good in a long while. Suzanne Collins is a genius. I need to sit with this one for a few days, and then it’s going back to the top of my TBR. Just one of those books that demands a reread.

My nephews, who are bilingual, love learning and also coloring, so I’m writing & illustrating an English-Spanish alphabet coloring book for their third birthday. A-O done so far!

Genre ➡️ alphabetically by author’s last name ➡️ size ➡️ color (unless they’re a series, in which case it’s chronologically, even when the publisher randomly decides to change the size/format midway through the series [which is infuriating]) shoutout to Maureen Johnson’s books, which are consistent.
