Mom & Dad did the bills, made the meals, got the groceries, cleaned the home, washed the clothes, fixed stuff, drove us around, prepped travel, organized the parties & presents, etc., etc., etc. plus took care of us (and some are more work than others) that you have to do now.

Exercising is not a race. Unless you're being facetious, take your time and work with someone who works at your pace, believe me you don't want to be the next TikTok failure video. It took me a year+ to lose 40 lbs. and to cultivate an ongoing exercise commitment you won't get with 'girly man' B.S.

I was born in the 1960s and worked in gov't for 3+ decades. The stuff happening today is pretty tame. I read three to five feeds and only those items that are consistent in all the feeds are typically the facts and the rest is editorializing, spin, whining, B.S., disinformation, etc.
