Based on your tastes you may also like Gokurakugai. I mostly base on art style and story and that particular manga clicked for me.

I don't know about "mildly annoys you", but obnoxious behavior should truly be blocked. What if the other person is just sincere and wanted to be friends and is just excited about you getting connected? I'll just block those who cross the line but never those who genuinely wants to connect.
