Coming back to this now and I feel justified in my reasoning why. Fuck

Well, I finally got the switches a couple of weeks ago, they are nice. The wait was because the people handling the package lost it and didn't tell or indicate that to me. The switches are excellent and sound amazing, feel superb. took a little getting used to tho.

Been modding my steam deck with a shell replacement, unfortunately can’t go ahead with the full thing because of an issue with stripped screw, but here’s what I have so far

Also would anyone have an idea on how to fix this trackpad power cable? Accidentally snapped off the connector when trying to lightly pull up on the white part :/

Using 17Track for to see the progress, and it shows it's been stuck in transit for 36 days, oof

I do have the firmware for the keyboard hosted on Github, but i'm probably going to put it in its own repo tho.

2nd update on keyboard, got the keycaps, still waiting on the switches to come.

Funnily enough, I've been posting a ton more here on Bluesky than I ever have on Twitter which is funny

Frr, like it feels more normal to speak here without someone being dick when you tweet. Feels so nice, plus its nicer here

That's what I've been hearing so far, at least from a couple of people, since I was checking it out around the first releases of 0.12.0 up to 0.13.0, don't know if anythings changed at all
