I want to share my journey into art. I have an intellectual disability so when it came to learning I struggled immensely, art was no different. The way school taught art I couldn’t understand, I hated art. The left is where I started the right is where I am now.

I just woke up from one of my naps. Drawing can really take it out of me not just mentally but physically at times. Though I admittedly have come far. I am very proud of this work. Last year I couldn’t even draw poses and had quit art completely because I was told I’d never be anything, not anymore🙂↕️
I finished my drawing of my OC Dandelion. This is my first time successfully drawing her.
