Updated mcr plot: the citizens of draag are starting to rebel against the dictatorship so as a way to distract people from it the dictator is forcing the black parade go on tour but slowly they start to rebel against him

Plot so far: the dictator is forcing the black parade to perform and go on tour after (possibly) bringing them back to life and (for reasons currently unknown) is unhappy with them and decided to kll them during the last songs of the black parade set
