Finally made Abrill in Veilguard. Taking a break from Surviving Mars: Relaunched to see how well I remember this game from playing it last year. Hoping the image shows this time, because Bluesky doesn't seem to like to post my images lately.

Happy Birthday to my new boy, Handsome. He turns 5 years old today. I wanted to name him Obsidian, but he was called Handsome at the shelter and responds to it more than anything else. So we decided to keep it.

SimCity was the first city builder I ever played. I played it on SNES, and remember leaving it on overnight when I had a surplus of money coming in so I could build up funds. I'd wake in the morning, and save it, then head off to school. Wish I could get a copy of it somewhere to play, loved it.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker scratched an itch I never knew I had. Let's build a Kingdom and play an RPG at the same time. It had me hooked my blending two genres I loved. Also, it had a sensitive Angel fella that I fell pretty hard for quickly.

I got Mass Effect 2 for free. I had no initial interest in Mass Effect because I thought it was just an FPS. Getting ME2 for free changed my perspective entirely on the series. It was like a gateway drug, and man did it have the feels. Strong story, strong characters, I try to play LE once a year

Pharaoh was the second game I ever played on PC. It is also a game I have bought multiple times to be able to continue to play it on PC. Its a time sink but if you love city builders and Egypt, its a great game to dive into.

Project Hospital may seem like an outlier, but as I add more games, you'll see more like it. I love how its a management game that you can get down to the nitty gritty of decoration and design. 1931 hours in this game should tell you how much I love it.

The Witcher 3 was not my first Witcher game, but it has a powerful hold on me. I replay it yearly, because its an amazing story and an amazing game. Blood and Wine gave Geralt a fitting retirement and Hearts of Stone gave me one of my favorite antagonists ever: Olgierd.
