Good evening everyone. How’s life folks? My day started off with a hard workout at the gym followed by lunch out then it was back home to complete safeguarding my many pots of bulbs in the rear garden from my squirrel visitor. Glad to say the job is now done. #gymlife #gardening

Because we’ve suffered our first Squirrel visit for over 30 years I had to buy small mesh wire netting today and then start to cover each of my pots. Planting bulbs is becoming quite time consuming. #gardening #gardeninglife #gardenersworld #bulbs

I decided to move my pots of small bulbs/corns into my little Growhouse since overnight frosts are forecast for several consecutive nights. I never used to do this but lost quite a few about 3 yrs ago due to prolonged frosts. #gardening #gardeninglife

Good day everyone. This morning I had to scrape ice off my car windscreen before heading to the gym but it was worth it and time spent in the steam room and sauna afterwards was therapeutic. I hope your week got pff to a good start. #gymmotivation #GymLife #FitnessJourney
