I'd be more sad to see Maeda go than Kyogo. I think Maeda suits our system better. Large parts of the game Kyogo was anonymous. Bottom line is Kyogo did not want to be here. We got a good deal for him and he will be replaced in the summer. We have more than enough with idah and maeda.

Especially when you compare the one not given against Maeda last night

Brendan said if a player no longer wants to be here then he won't stand in their way. Kyogo obviously wants to go. He has earned his move. Celtic have been good for kyogo as kyogo has been for celtic. I'm sure we have someone lined up. If not meantime Maeda, Idah and Kenny can all play that role

We've heard this story before with former players. Gary Hooper etc. We know how the story ends. More chance of recognition playing in a side that's in UCL knock out stages than Rennes. The Japan manager just doesn't fancy him as a striker where he plays predominantly for celtic. He has other options

For me Kyogo has always been a winger or a deep lying forward rather than an out and out centre forward. I think if a deal is done where we get Jota plus cash then that is an excellent deal. We have the money to purchase a younger CF who fits Brendan's team.

Strangest signing for me was Nawrocki. Hasn't been given a chance and looks to be heading out the door. Idah was a panic purchase as kyogo had shoulder injury at start of season and we had no recognised 2nd striker. We over paid due to the situation we were in.

Kuhn, bernardo and engels to name a few.

Because 95% of what CCV does is faultless so you can allow an error or two. Scales is continually caught wrong side of man

Trusty is a far more competent defender than Scales. Better positional sense and better in the air. The defence looks more solid with the 2 Americans

Last I heard if true, it was 1 million a year. Used to be less as the loss was offset through his company Global. However since a Japanese company took a 25% stake they weren't happy with picking up some of this loss. MacGregor is worth over 300m and climbing so it will continue to be funded

💯 Bernardo for me reads the game better and can pick a forward pass rather than slowing things down with side passes or back passes. That 3 in midfield would be my first picks.

Same as the news on Absolute radio yesterday and today. Not a mention made of a cup final in scotland. Plenty about PL manager sackings and cricket though.

Sandwood Bay is fantastic. Achmelvich another. Then lots of nice beaches along the north coast such as Melvich and Dunnet sands

It will be my first ever ultra. Have done mostly marathon and shorter stuff as well as XC and hill runs. Threw my name in the ballot not expecting to get chosen 😂 but here I am. Easy to pace a marathon but a hilly ultra not so much.
