I would add (clutching at straws) is that Frank must know that this is his last chance to make it in football management, he knows all about midfield and likes to play attaching football. Hopefully, this means he plays a blinder.

May have numbers but not quality. Need a creative midfielder to break down the low block. We come unstuct and seem to run out of ideas when we face it.

Just hope Frank has learnt from other jobs and able to use his contacts in January as well to bring in some midfielders

Went regularly from then until left for Uni in 86. Uni was in Sheffield so saw oggys goal at Wednesday and the 2 fa cup games in 87. Went to games at Cov in holidays then moved to near London 1990.
Cached a few games a season then got season ticket 1997-98. But with young family had to give it up.

Born in leamington. Parents took me and brother to highfield road in early 80 occasionally. Mum was a WBA fan so often to those games. Became cov proper fan when went to the 4-0 win over Liverpool when Gibson got hattrick in 1983. Little did I know these days would not be regular 😀.

Best part of his career was at sky blues. But alcohol and drugs meant not fulfilled his potential.
