His first reply was innocuous enough; he mentioned "price matching." This is the first sign that Josh wasn't really paying attention to what I had written, because I was not asking them to match a competitor's price; I was asking them to refund the difference of their OWN price right after I got it.

I don't normally do "callout" posts, but this customer support experience I am having with Josh from @greenmangaming.com is so absurd that I feel like it deserves some attention. Keep in mind, I have been using GMG for over a decade now and have had nothing but positive opinions until this happened.

Well, I gave it one last try in the limited amount of time I had left. Of course it didn't work.
Also, in one of my attempts, it DID spend my Platinum Points on the items... but still without the order going through. So I just lost nearly 2000 Platinum Points for nothing.

In exactly one hour, my "reservation" for the Switch 2 is going to expire on Nintendo's site. I've never been able to check out with it due to my account being soft-blocked (despite never doing anything wrong), and support has been useless and hasn't even attempted to help me. So that's really fun.

For the record, this is the message I'm getting, but it's dishonest. When I use any card I've used before (incl. ones with enough money), it immediately goes to this.

Target is trying to cancel all my preordered Switch 2 stuff for *checks notes* not having enough on my Target card because their own pending charges for these orders have affected the available credit.
How would I even place these if they didn't have enough on them to begin with? It makes no sense!
