The primary use of this will be to share my random literary thoughts.
Gilgamesh is one of my favorite epics, mostly for the title character himself. He starts the story with no equal, gods are above him and humans are below him. He finally gets an equal, a brother, who tragically dies. Gilgamesh lost his everything all because he rejected a goddess. Heartbreaking.

I’ve been thinking of the genius of Dante’s architecture. Traitors being in the Ninth Circle makes so much sense. There’s honestly so much tragedy and brutality with Lucifer being relegated to be amongst his own kind for eternity. His tears speak volumes.
