Is this a "we don't want to pay a fixed-route union driver" situation? It seems like the 132 is able to get about 10 riders an hour with two buses...this microtransit DEFINITELY won't do that with its one unreliable bad minibus!

I will say, they've always been a bit shoestring for how dense of a city Providence is, but they wrung a lot out of what little they had! Now that they have even less, I would imagine it's really pushing the limits of acceptable crowding levels...
