Gotta be Ocean Dragon Lord-Kairyu Shin. I've loved the "A Legendary Ocean" Deck since Fury of the Deep, and there's a lot of interesting support that goes with it. However, even if you do not want to end on TCBOO, it is really hard to ignore that the card searches pretty much any backrow you'd want.
