A week after watching Barbie, I’m thinking about it. Conflicted. Many of the feminist critiques are right on the nose. Also, feminism like the movie, isn’t perfect. And it shouldn’t be seen as such. There were moments of pure gold (the narrator) but also toxicity (Barbie “mothering” Ken).
