Some years ago I wrote and directed a short film called Safe States. I intended it as a warning about a dystopian landscape that felt like it was in our "near future."

I am concerned that we seem to be on the doorstep of what I'd imagined and so much worse.

I find myself in a strange existence. Once more a student. And teaching film production. I have been an OUTSIDE CAT for so long that dipping in out of the cold to see what INDOOR CAT LIFE is like is just super strange. Anyway… this one’s called Wonderwall.

This is one of my heroes. This man spoke truth to power and stood up for all working class people and folks who were down on their luck.
