It is all sudden so overwhelming. I am Trapped, couldn’t perceive myself when being alone. Something just totally SHUT DOWN, I can’t reach out for help. My existence is inherently wrong ,perhaps, but nothing is easy to the unwilling I guess.

就是有忽然覺得被全世界討厭 我也討厭全世界 這種很強烈孤立感受的時候 業魔化的話就是一直是這種心情吧 會像放棄一切地在絕望中自我了結也是很正常的
