You make it hard bc you’re annoying but sure. Fear is a feeling that has a cause and subject. Anxiety is a psychological response to stress that can or cannot have a cause, absolutely nothing about it is intellectualized, in fact, most times it’s not. Hope you’ve learned 🩷
