Getting my daily intake of fluids has been a challenge for me lately, so taking my vitamins in liquid form is definitely a win-win for me. Of course it helps that it doesn't have a nasty "vitamin" aftertaste.

It's okay to not be okay sometimes. Protecting your mental health can be a real struggle for some of us.
