Saw lots of animals at Northumberland zoo today. I got to pet a sheep which is one of my favourite animals ever. No photos of sheep, was too busy petting them and calling them a good sheep.

It's been a high pain day today...
Keeping a pain Journal has been extremely validating. I gaslight myself into believing things are not as bad as they are and that I'm exaggerating because not every day is as bad as today. But the symptoms are quite consistent and I can see the pattern.
