Americans are going to figure it out, somehow. Permitting at all levels is really what holds us back in terms of energy transition (which is needed for affordability as much as climate)

We need to lower the cost of permitting. It’s reportedly 3x less in Australia in terms of cost and far quicker for small scale solar.

The canard that improperly federal actions can meaningfully be remedied by money damages in courts isn’t supportable if you actually look at case law.

Generative AI is not great at tasks that search engines focused on retrieval were flawless at. For folks who write themselves, GenAI is often a step back, or a misstep, because failing at retrieval adds in some really hard verification.
