I have a Metal Mario Gamecube controller made for Wii remotes. I thought about getting one of those doohickeys that allow me to connect it to my laptop. Never got around to doing that, though.

The thing about digital purchases is that when you buy something digital, you're essentially buying thin-air. It's been a common-place thing ever since digital storefronts have been a thing since the beginning. After all, you can't "own" something that doesn't exist. Everyone owns it or no one does.

Well, it's still nice to be informative to those who are easily susceptible to scams like these. You'd be surprised at how many people can easily fall for anything right now.
