You kind of can ! If you go in the settings and Home setting, you can choose to let people open your doors or not ; which mean if you close them behind, they can't enter :D

Sadly no, the only black haircut (is it a good term ? sorry if not) right now are the dreadlocks you can get by buying them at the mirror on the second floor of the clothes shop
