1/4 Cecil County, MD area. Harley's shelter: Cecil County Animal Services.

Today, we took in additonal 30 dogs, 28 from 1 residence.
There is not one kennel available at CCAS😢 We are in a true state of emergency.

Poor Buzz #251644 has just 8 shares on his linked post. This wonderful 4 year old has notes like "friendly, walks well on a leash, knows sit, likes treats" - sadly he's getting little attention and is soon to be added to Apple Valley CA's euthanasia list.
