It could very well be both. The drawing looks very human made, but the rest of the image has the fuzzy AI look, rather than the shiny, as you said.

What looks AI about it to you? I had the same initial reaction, but couldn't find any tells on closer inspection. I know Hive isn't perfect, but it agrees - pretty sure this is human made.
