Are the shaders worth waiting for, I mean, how compelling can they be?

Yeah duh, not really the point I was trying to make. Later Tetris games added effects and whatnot to make the feel good juice flow when you do stuff in game, VS is the exact same. Games have done that for ages.

I feel like folks ascribing all these ideas that VS in particular is the only game to ever be designed to be fun, simple and addicting for a set period of time have forgotten Tetris exists.

Always meant to give it a try but your post gave me the push, since reading it made it very apparent that "Huh, yeah, Twitter blows"
