There's a house on my block that put up one of these on a tree on the street two years ago for halloween and just... left it up there. It glowers at every car on my block.

Absolutely. Every english speaker in the world uses this word to agree aggressively and as our only definitive.

Finally, my number one pet peeve is watching 4 hours of Holding Penalties with a little bit of football in between. What is more lame than an exciting play called back because of a holding penalty? I'm not sure what to do about this. Just adopt a let-em-tussle policy?

But what about onside kicks? Since they changed the rules on those it only works 6-7% of the time. That's not exciting. That's dumb. We should use the rule the eagles proposed in 2019 where you get a 4th and 15 from your 25 to try to keep it. High stakes. Drama. Actual football.

Clock stoppages should be rare. First downs, incompletes, out of bounds? Don't stop the clock. Timeouts, turnovers, and injuries, that's it. Make this more exciting. Just because football can be a clock management chess match doesn't mean I want to watch one.

Get rid of special teams. Punting is lame. Kickoffs used to be more exciting but the league (rightfully) neutered the high speed action for safety reasons. So just get rid of them both. Just start on the 30 and turnover on downs if you can't get ten.

NECA is such a fan of repainting existing molds I'm really hoping that these show up with traditional colors. (And yeah, I'll be greedy, a new Mikey sculpt to add to the other three.)

That episode with the guy who only appears in reflections was pretty much my defining childhood media trauma. (Close second: Poltergeist.)

Why is it that whenever two people are on camera, or in front of an audience, any affirmative answer always, always is expressed as "Absolutely!"? Specifically, that word. Absolutely. It's like all english-speaking people fall into some kind of infomercial-scripted-trance when the camera comes on.
