I go round my neighbourhood all the time and pick up trash.
I'm very proud that I do it.

I wouldn't be proud if I went round beating the crap out of my neighbours, because they were standing up to my boss (who it turns out is a vile fascist egomaniac)

That was a story that just kept giving all the way through...

Take a look at the rapid advancement of AI + robotics and you'll see that we are on a rapid trajectory for 90% of people to be replaced by faster, smarter, cheaper and far less 'troublesome' technological solutions.

Oligarchs won't want to share the world with 7billion humans on UBI!

Once they have AGI and a few million robots they'll be able to eradicate billions of people (who will be viewed as a burden in that future landscape) with their ridiculous anti-science clap trap.
Ironically the first to go will be their poor & gullible cheerleaders.

100%.
Bread is most definitely processed.
Made at home using just four ingredients? Still processed. Flour, yeast, salt—all highly processed.

People aren't very good at 'critical thinking', but they're suddenly all health experts when it comes to 'criticizing your thinking'.

Wait until the reality of job losses due to AI kicks in.
It's already well underway, and yet this and every other government is unprepared. They're not even discussing the tsunami on the horizon.
I'm afraid if you aren't preparing for what's coming, it will devastate you much like that killer wave.

Probably because they don't *really* care about animal abuse...

Every Reform UK supporter is gulping this down without a care!

Every single person in the UK should understand this is the biggest threat to their health since the #NHS was formed.

Every Labour campaigner, supporter, volunteer and MP should be shouting this message ~ and yet... silence!
July 27, 2025 at 1:29 PM
I agree people are being misled by RWM, but dismissing their concerns won't win them back.

This comms issue is Labour's failure not the electorates, perception matters in politics.

You might think you're helping, but being sanctimonious generally drives people away = objective failure not success.
July 27, 2025 at 12:56 PM
"people will do the right thing" - mmm based on Brexit I think people are actually illogical gamblers.
It is an incredibly big gamble to take with the lives of the most vulnerable people in the UK.

If Labour lose to Reform in 4 years will you be ok?
I know many who won't be.
July 27, 2025 at 12:40 PM
100% - if they're doing anything great right now then they aren't communicating it.

Labour have been dragged in to Reforms chosen battle grounds - a place they can never win.
Their huge majority enables bold change and yet we just get the rich getting richer and Labour tinkering at the edges.
😬
July 27, 2025 at 12:32 PM
Instead Labour stealth tax hard working, *struggling* people.

AND they are absolutely losing the messaging war.
I don't even care why they are, they are losing it and NOT fixing it - they've been appalling with their communications.
That alone is going to hand the next government to Reform.
July 27, 2025 at 12:23 PM
Much of that is planning to do planning.
There is no tangible change for people who are in desperate need *right now*.

The uber-rich asset accumulating class are still devouring 99% of the countries wealth unchecked.
Labour are frit to even discuss it, never mind fund a better life for a majority.
July 27, 2025 at 12:23 PM
The rest of them are cowards and actively facilitating fascism.

I'm getting food envy. 😋
March 26, 2025 at 7:15 PM
I hear you, I'll be clear, we are very much on the same side here. 🥰

But I've pondered your reply and mine would be - don't even ridicule it, they won't get it.
They'll just be emboldened to think their entirely human centric BS.

I know this might seem pedantic, but I think it's crucial.

I absolutely agree, however when we focus on this, I simply think we are innocently, but misguidedly, allowing non-vegans to define the debate.

Veganism isn't a debate about personal health, unless we let them make it about that.
I 'try' not to ever debate health with non-vegans as a 'vegan' issue.
