Yeah, but new nuclear would take years if the population can get past the jitters they have about it, so something will have to take on the new supply in the mean time. I'd like to see more solar. Feels like Georgia is a good space for that, but I don't know for sure.

My least favorite argument against AI is the energy argument. I'm definitely in favor of finding ways to optimize for energy use, but instead of stopping it's use for that reason, it seems to me the real long-term solution is to generate more, clean energy.

I suspect they will try very hard to hide anything, though Trump isn't helping by falling asleep on camera. That being said, falling asleep like he does is more a sigh of sleep deprivation than true inability. He could just stop Truth Socialing at 2am.

Maybe *you* should indict Hegseth, Tom. Get cracking!

I wouldn't make my worst enemy take Greyhound on a long-haul trip.

I agree with this, but I think nice, dark, non-ripped jeans are perfectly acceptable at home and maybe on those casual work days.

I have several, and they're very classy imo.

Usually only if I'm passing through somewhere or if i don't have somewhere to put it. I might carry it if needed, like in a church.

I wear a cap, mostly in summer, to avoid skin cancer admist my thinning hair, even though I'm not much of a hat guy otherwise.

Otherwise, I mostly wear what's comfortable and appropriate for the situation.

My condo has some high ceilings in a couple rooms. Ain't no way I'm getting up there.

If her argument is that federal taxes should be reduced so that states can raise more and run programs themselves, she can make that argument, and would find that a lot of Republicans would be supportive of that legislation.

Both the Virginia and New Jersey plans originally called for exactly this. Thank James Wilson for beating the drum of a separately elected executive.

I thought about that, haha. I guess we have to hope he'd be honest enough to give up the papacy if he won.
