I would assert that _until_ you fold it an open faced sandwich is not in fact a sandwich on functional grounds. It may become a taco (which is a sandwich) but I'd need to refer that question to the council for regional cuisine standards for confirmation.

Even the quality of their standards are impressive. Thyme from grocery store brands has a moldy smell half the time that's never true from Penzey's.

I've been stuck on the idea that federal regulation of airwaves provided a brief golden age of guardrails around reporting facts that let us claw our way out of the yellow journalism era and worry we can't reclaim that in an internet world.

I have only a child's memory of Carter personally but I understand he was a centrist with weak support for unions and austerity economics. It's weird to consider since he's clearly the most admirable and humane of ex-presidents.
