I'm guessing there's probably some variance as well in what hooks are executed, and how.
Definitely faster, but not enough for me to justify abandoning a solid implementation I've been happy with for quite some time.

Roast broccoli, potato, red onion, carrot, zucchini for 30 minutes at 425, then set to broil for 5 minutes
