And finally on the last day, my coach got cancelled back up north so it was a frantic 3 hours trying to organise travel home. But I managed to get another river trip in.

Then it was a few days in London visiting the Imperial War Museum and some trips up and down the Thames.

Then it was trip back to London via coach that evening. What an experience and not a good one.

The final day in Amsterdam say a few boat trips around the different parts and also a canal tour.

Also that day was a visit to the Johan Cruijff Stadium where Ajax play their home games.

Then the next day was a trip the Van Gogh Museum. Fantastic Museum for Artwork, information and Audioguide. Rude members of staff.

I visited the A’DAM lookout with their amazing Viewing platform, highest swings in Europe and Bar.

Then it was across the Nederland’s to Amsterdam where I had places to visit. Things to see and food to eat.

On my way then to Amsterdam for a few days I made a detour to first Stoomdepot railway museum and then Utrecht and to the Nederland’s national railway museum. 2 great museums if you like trains.

On the last day I visited the Euromast tower and got some amazing views across Rotterdam.

Then it was back to Rotterdam for a few days. Such a vibrant city with its modern building, maritime history and Pancakes 😋

Rotter dam was the first stop but that was quick as I ventured to the small town of Boskoop near Gouda, the heart of the Plant growing receipt to visit a Bonsai Nursery.
