A landscaper accidentally cut the ethernet cable to one of the security cameras, and then "fixed it."
Yesterday I received a text message from Verizon stating my Samsung 4G LTE Range Extender was no longer being supported, with a phone number to request a new device. The new free hardware arrived via FedEx 22 hrs after I called them! It as an easy set-up. It's working great! A nice upgrade.
