So President Trump has announced a 100% tariff on movies made outside the USA. First how in blue blazes is that possible? Do theatre prices in the USA increase by 100%? Second just because film companies will not do what he wants he does this? Someone please explain...

This may mean nothing outside the UK but... when the hell did it become the norm to flash full beam headlights as a driver to say thank you? They blind me when I'm driving and our windscreen is tinted...
