If you had any questions if we are living in an authoritarian country then ABC pulling Jimmy Kimmel to satisfy the administration should have you questioning no more. A society that cannot make jokes of their leaders is not one that is truly a free country. Remember we are just 8 months in.

Shameful. What is most shameful is the millions of people that voted for this.

I swear I think I would have been more surprised if the unannounced houseguest was someone other than Rachel. I think the internet figured out those clues by Monday that it was her or Brendon. Good to have her back though. She always keeps things interesting.

Zach tempting fate. He is the first to enter and the first to win a comp. I think only one other was truly trying to win that comp. If I was in the house I would rather have power and safety than not. I never understand this thought of throwing comps.

This is the fight the White House obviously wants. A fight against American citizens in a blue state. They could do this same raid in Arkansas or Oklahoma but would prefer to make this stand in a blue state. Good on these people for standing up for their neighbors and their rights.

I know Jung should have been given first base with a walk, but he also should be aggressive in that situation. Runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out and he is hitting cleanup. He needs to be in swing mode and trying to drive those runners in. A failure on his and Seager’s part in striking out there.

Great start by Leiter tonight. He had command of all his pitches including a devastating changeup and fastball mix. Too bad he couldn’t get through 6. The last pitch that hit Contreras was almost a strike. Now it’s the bullpen’s job to bring the win home.

Make that what 24 games scoring 2 or fewer runs. Just absurd. Is the coaching staff asking anyone to sacrifice for the good of the team? I can only think of one time a player was asked to bunt to move a runner and it failed miserably. Garcia should have been asked to bunt in the 5th. Instead he K’d.

If Garcia is asked to bunt Heim and Osuna over then the Semien fly ball scores a run. If you are going to hit Garcia 8th then you can’t treat him like he is still the cleanup hitter when his spot comes up. Huge missed opportunity there in the 5th inning. #AllforTX

A win is a win and the Texas Rangers definitely needed that one. I love and hate this team at the same time. They get to go home now and hopefully start to turn things around with Seager on his way back.

Just a ridiculous game to lose tonight for Texas. 1 run lead late and Garcia can’t stay away from walking two batters and Jackson gives up the lead and then the game. Two bases loaded opportunities as well and 0 runs scored off both chances. deGrom though looked really good again though.

Way too many players not swinging at close two strike pitches tonight. Jung in the first inning with a runner on base and Haggerty in the 5th with a runner on second. Have to change the approach and be ready to foul off pitches that are close. Can’t just go down looking there. #AllforTX

The 8th inning should have been over. Leiter had the strikeout with the perfectly placed pitch on the corner called a ball. If that is called a strike Paredes doesn’t come up with a chance to hit a home run to give them the lead. Bring on the ABS!!!! #AllforTX
