The company's latest contract with the Home Office, covering Wales and the South of England, is valued at £7.3 billion and runs until September 2029. Graham Kings companies have made sizable donations to the Conservatives party.

There is no suggestion that any of the home secretaries had any knowledge of or involvement. But Byline Times decided not to publish the information of the hotel owner, due the libel laws at present and the inability to fund the subsequent libel action.

One contract for asylum accommodation for one hotel in East Anglia, amounted to a million pounds. The owner of that hotel 4 days after the contract was signed, donated a large amount to the Conservative Party.

Because they were originally whipped to abstain, on the belief they didn't want to draw attention to it. But a threatened rebellion by labour MPs who wanted to vote against made Starmer relent.
