I tend to agree. I follow several photographers on here; I've seen fine art of genitals that I wouldn't consider porn, but I've also seen pictures merely implying nudity that I would absolutely consider porn, even if they are aesthetically beautiful.

I think the differences are intent and purpose. Porn exists to turn people on, in the same way food photography makes you hungry. If that isn't your intention, then I think it's only porn in the eye of the beholder, which is something we can't control.

I don't think they are - in fact I spent a significant amount of time a few years back trying to gather a collection of fine art "porn" (basically depictions of sex that clearly have artistic intentions behind them).
