According to what I can find, this issue might actually setup the idea of three Eyes of Agamotto - as I don't see it being canon until 2022 / 2023.

Here's a wild connection: the artist of this issue, Enrique Alcatena, inked the 1989 Hawkworld miniseries.
His art is mind blowing. If Marvel wanted to make Doom 2099 feel like a Vertigo comic, this does it. While Alcatena brings superhero action, he's pushing hard into unconventional levels.
