Current service in Tooting is the worst I’ve ever known. 1st class mail takes two weeks. Parcels are prioritised (due to competition) Mail builds until casuals are hired to clear backlogs. Delivery rounds reorganised with no apparent logic. Links lost with delivery staff who knew their area.
