I have always enjoyed the bright side of tech: the collaboration, the creativity, the sharing of ideas, and whatnot. Now I feel silly and naïve, watching the dark side of tech winning the day. :(

I was today years old when I discovered that there are affordable amps like the Douk Audio ST-01 PRO 200W ($100ish) that infuse your music with the warmth of tubes before amplifying into whatever speakers or headphones. Such great tone and richness!
